Production efficiency and quality control
Our technological setup includes seven injection molding machines, ranging from 80 to 450 tons, all equipped with manipulators and conveyor belts to ensure efficiency and reliability at every stage of processing.
Our facility is also equipped to conduct mold testing: we simulate real production conditions to assess part conformity, verify quality, and evaluate mold efficiency, promptly identifying any defects or imperfections for correction.
We also offer the possibility of creating pilot runs — small-scale productions useful for validating the project before full-scale production begins.
This step is essential for optimizing the industrial process and refining the mold under real-world conditions.
