We do not manufacture the moulds directly, but we can handle their procurement on behalf of the client, ensuring they are suitable for the required technical specifications and ready for efficient productive use.
Once the mould arrives at our facility, we subject it to rigorous proof, including injection trials to assess its functionality. This stage allows us to precisely detect any defects or critical issues, both in the produced parts and in the mould itself.
We do not perform modifications to the moulds ourselves, but we promptly report any anomalies we find to the client, leaving it to them to decide whether to proceed with corrections.
