An efficient and attentive process
Injection molding is a highly efficient process for producing plastic components.
The process starts by feeding plastic granules into an injection press. The material is heated until it melts, then injected under high pressure into a steel mold designed to shape the piece as required.
After injection, the material cools down inside the mold and gradually solidifies. When it reaches the optimal temperature, the mold opens and the finished component is ejected — either ready for further processing or ready for assembly.
This method allows us to use complex geometries, ensures excellent repeatability, and delivers consistent quality.
Control and monitoring of parameters
Precise control of molding parameters — such as temperature, pressure, and cooling times — helps minimize waste and reduce production costs, making injection molding one of the most widely used techniques for large-scale plastic production.
Thanks to our expertise, we are able to work with steel molds using plastic materials, and to offer serial productions that range from small batches to large volumes.
